Booking Policy

APPOINTMENTS 

Please arrive to your appointment unaccompanied. Due to the nature of our services, we respectfully ask that no significant other, companions, pets, children, or family allowed in the studio during time of appointment. Only clients booked for a treatment permitted, and if needed, a translator. Your guest may wait for you by visiting the beach which is conveniently across the street, ice cream shop, or grab a bite to eat as there are many restaurants and shops in the area. 

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to complete additional client forms and day of consultation. Have a casual day planned after your appointment. If you arrive rushing your artist your appointment will be reschedule and full amount of treatment will be applied to the card on file. This is an appointment that will not be rushed as we are tattooing and is unpredictable how long your appointment will take. 

Please allow *at least* 3 hours for your scheduled appointment.

BOOKING 

All booking fees on cosmetic tattoos also known as permanent makeup, and decorative body tattoos are non refundable and non transferable. Booking fee is applied to balance the day of appointment. 

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours or you may be charged the full amount of desired treatment. 15 minutes late is an automatic reschedule charged  50% of scheduled treatment  to the card on file requiring a new booking fee for a new appointment.  Late appointments not only affect other clients but also your artist as a certain time frame is allotted for each client and these treatments cannot be rushed. 

RESCHEDULES

If you need to reschedule please give notice 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Booking fees will be honored for one week ONLY upon availabilty.  A new booking fee will be required if there are no appointments available to accommodate reschedules.  Rescheduled appointments are permitted only once. Clients who constantly reschedule  days or times affect other client appointments as all treatments require pre-care preparation. Last minute bookings are very difficult to fill therefore if your artist cannot fill your spot with another client your artist does not work or get paid which affect the business as a whole. 

Please do not reschedule your appointment. Schedule when you are sure you do not have a special event planned, such as birthday parties, weddings,  or vacations.  

Friendly reminder, clients who show up late for their appointments affect not only your artist but other clients as well. Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick the day of or as soon as you become ill. Booking fees are non refundable for illness. Please do not come to your appointment if you have been exposed to anyone with a contagious illness including COVID-19 within 14 days, with skin rash, hives, coughing, sun burnt, fake spray tan, fever, cold sores on the lips, or under the influence of a controlled substance. Please be sure to list all current vitamins and any current medications on your client intake form.  

Please note clients or models that show up to their scheduled appointment suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will automatically be cancelled and charged the full amount of treatment  to the card on file.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO CALL NO SHOWS

No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the desired treatment, no exceptions. No call no show clients may not reschedule future appointments without payment  in full for desired treatment. 

CORRECTIVE WORK

Clients with previous work from a previous artist would not be considered a “touch up” this would be considered a new client service charged accordingly and must have less than 20% saturation. 

Corrective work is the cost of desired treatment plus $100. 

BEFORE BOOKING CORRECTIVE WORK

Please send photos to the studio with your request for corrective or touchup services from a previous artist for approval before requesting an appointment online.  

Laser tattoo removal may be recommended to start fresh and have a  more natural looking result with a flattering shape.
