To provide every client with a relaxing, private, and uninterrupted experience, we kindly ask that you arrive unaccompanied. Due to the nature of our services, significant others, family members, friends, children, and pets are not permitted in the studio during your appointment.
Only the client receiving treatment is permitted inside the studio. If necessary, one translator may accompany you. Guests are welcome to enjoy the nearby beach, restaurants, cafés, shops, or ice cream parlor located just across the street while they wait.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any remaining acknowledgement forms and your day-of consultation. We also recommend planning a relaxed schedule after your appointment, as treatment times can vary. Cosmetic tattooing is a detailed, custom procedure that cannot be rushed.

If you arrive in a hurry, request that your appointment be rushed, or are unable to dedicate the necessary time for your procedure, your appointment may be rescheduled. In such cases, the full treatment fee may be charged to the card on file.
BB Brows LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, fails to comply with studio policies, or whose expectations do not align with our professional recommendations and artistic standards.

All booking fees for permanent makeup (cosmetic tattooing), decorative body tattoos, eyelash extensions, Korean lash lifts, and lash lift & tint services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
A booking fee is required at the time your appointment is scheduled to reserve your treatment time. This fee will be applied toward your treatment balance on the day of your appointment.
We respectfully request that any cancellation or reschedule be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled treatmentto the card on file.
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will be considered a late arrival and will be automatically rescheduled. A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment will be charged to the card on file, and a new non-refundable booking fee will be required to reserve another appointment.
Every appointment is reserved exclusively for you and requires extensive preparation before your arrival. Late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients and impact our ability to provide each guest with the exceptional experience they deserve.
To maintain the highest quality of service, treatment appointments cannot be rushed.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
With proper notice, your booking fee will be honored one time and may be applied toward a new appointment scheduled within one week, subject to availability.
If an appointment cannot be rescheduled within one week or due to limited availability, a new non-refundable booking fee will be required to reserve another appointment.
To ensure fairness to all clients, appointments may be rescheduled once only. Repeated changes to appointment dates or times affect our scheduling, as every treatment requires advance preparation and dedicated time reserved exclusively for you.
Last-minute cancellations and reschedules are often impossible to fill. When an appointment cannot be replaced, that reserved time is lost, directly impacting your artist and the operation of the business. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the highest level of service to every client.
If you become ill, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. For the health and safety of our clients and staff, do not attend your appointment if you are sick.
Booking fees remain non-refundable and non-transferable, including appointments rescheduled due to illness.

Please list all current prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, herbal supplements, and dietary supplements on your client intake form.
Certain medications and supplements can affect bleeding, healing, pigment retention, and the overall results of your cosmetic tattoo. In some cases, medical clearance or temporary adjustments to medications may be recommended by your prescribing healthcare provider before treatment. Do not discontinue any prescribed medication without first consulting your physician.
Over time, medications, supplements, sun exposure (UV rays), skincare products, and your body's natural healing process can all influence the appearance and longevity of your cosmetic tattoo.
To help maintain your results, every client receives detailed aftercare and long-term care instructions following their appointment.
For the safety of our clients and to ensure informed consent, anyone who arrives for an appointment or model session and is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any substance that may impair judgment will have their appointment immediately canceled.
The full treatment fee will be charged to the card on file, and services will not be performed.
No exceptions.
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without providing notice ("no-call, no-show") will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment fee to the card on file. No exceptions.
Clients with a no-call, no-show may not schedule future appointments. Future appointments require payment in full at the time of booking.

Clients with existing permanent makeup performed by another artist are not eligible for a touch-up appointment. All previous work completed elsewhere is considered a new client service and will be priced accordingly.
To be eligible for corrective work at BB Brows LLC, the existing tattoo must have less than 20% remaining pigment saturation. Clients with greater saturation may require tattoo removal or lightening before a new cosmetic tattoo can be safely performed.
Corrective work is priced as the full cost of the desired treatment plus a $100 corrective work fee. This additional fee reflects the extra time, skill, color correction, and treatment planning required when working over previous permanent makeup.
If you have previous permanent makeup performed by another artist, please do not book an appointment online without prior approval.
To determine whether corrective work is appropriate, please submit clear photos of your existing brows, lips, or eyeliner by email or text before requesting an appointment. We also welcome complimentary in-person consultations for a professional evaluation.
Please note that corrective work results, like all permanent makeup procedures, cannot be guaranteed.
The success of a correction depends on factors such as existing pigment, saturation, shape, color, scar tissue, and your individual skin characteristics.
In some cases, laser tattoo removal or saline tattoo lightening may be recommended before proceeding with a new treatment. Starting with a lighter canvas often allows for a more natural result and the ability to create a more balanced, flattering shape.
